Open Source Web Browsers

I downloaded WebKit and took Safari off the dock(Mac). Now I cant set my homepage to yahoo.?

So I downloaded Webkit because Safari was not compatible with yahoo answers. Then I removed safari from my dock and replaced it with webkit. Now when I open webkit it always goes to the webkit site. I tried going to Safari/prefrences and changing the home-page, but that doesn't do anything!

1. I have never heard of WebKit. Just download Firefox. Thats what I use on my Mac, and I love it. I also use a browser made for Mac called Camino. I like that a lot too.
2. webkit is a special version... it hijacks the home page ... but not the home button. press the home button... the hijack is there so you can be told to try the latest nightly if this version doesn't work right.
